Aluminium Anodizing

WE TAKE UP 3 TYPES OF ANODIZING ON ALUMINIUM AS PER US-MIL SPECIFICATIONS

  • HARD ANODIZING: ANODIZED PARTS CLEAR 336 HOURS OF SALT SPRAY WHEN COATING THICKNESS IS ABOVE 50 MICRONS
  • CLEAR ANODIZING: NATURAL COLOR WITH COATING THICKNESS OF 10 TO 15 MICRONS
  • COLOR ANODIZING: WITH COLORS LIKE BLUE, RED, BROWN

Hard Anodizing

  • Hard anodizing is a specialized electrochemical process that creates an exceptionally thick, dense, and durable aluminum oxide layer on the surface of aluminum parts. Unlike standard anodizing, which is often used for cosmetic purposes, hard anodizing is primarily a functional coating designed to enhance the mechanical properties of the aluminum substrate.
  • Our Hard anodizied parts pass salt spray test of 336 hours as per ASTM B117
  • Our Anodizing Plant is a semi automatic Plant equipped with Poly Propolyne tanks, Thermo stat Temprature Control Units, Crane Facility, and Completely Complaiant as per regulatory bodies

Hard Anodize Features

  • Improved wear resistance
  • Non-conductive
  • Can repair worn surfaces on aluminum
  • Finish is harder than tool steel

Clear Anodizing

  • Clear Anodizing of Aluminium as per MIL 8625 Standard with Coating thickness of 8 to 15 microns
  • Clear anodizing is an electrochemical process that forms a hard, transparent, and protective aluminum oxide layer on the surface of aluminum parts. This coating is integral to the metal, meaning it won't chip or peel like paint. The process enhances the aluminum's natural corrosion and wear resistance, significantly increasing its durability. A clear anodized finish maintains the natural metallic appearance of the aluminum, providing a clean, aesthetic look without adding color.

Clear Anodizing Features

  • Protective Coating
  • Corrosion Resistance
  • Wear Resistance
  • Aesthetic Appeal
  • Electrical Insulator

Colour Anodizing

  • Color anodizing is a two-step process that builds on the protective clear anodized layer. After the initial anodizing, which creates a porous aluminum oxide surface, the part is immersed in a dye bath. The pores in the oxide layer absorb the dye, which can be organic or inorganic, allowing for a wide range of colors. The part is then sealed, locking the color in and further enhancing its durability and corrosion resistance. This process combines the protective benefits of anodizing with a vibrant and long-lasting aesthetic finish

Process Tank Monitoring System

  • Every process Solution Tank in our facility carries a Unique ID and is documented for its physical sizes, its contents,
  • Its control and testing methods and its maintenance logs. The tank monitoring system files hold all relevant
  • Information needed to continiously control and monitor the contents of every tank along with relevant standard copies for reference. The logged data is also captured by our computerized system which contains applications to alert the user of timely interventions potentially required to maintain the tanks based on their usage data.
